Vendor Curation is a key component in the planning process with us. We have spent the last 15 years building relationships with creative partners. Though we have no exclusivity, connection and cohesion amongst your team is crucial for producing the ultimate wedding experience. Please let us know any vendors or creative partners you've already contracted for your event, including their business name. Or, if there is someone you've been dreaming of working with, we'd love to know that, too.

Full-Service (Event Management, Creative Direction & Planning)

Full Weekend Planning & Design (Wedding, plus all ancillary celebrations like Rehearsal Dinner, After Party, Farewell Brunch, etc.)

Total Wedding Investment

This is the total budget you've estimated for the entire wedding day or weekend, including all vendors, creative partners, production, and expenses. While we don't have a minimum budget range that we work with, it's important for us to share what is common amongst our clientele as a frame of reference. Disclosing this information gives you some insight into the investments they've made when you see the scope and scale of the experiences we produce. Most of our clients spend on average 1000. per guest, with 2,500.+ per guest particularly for destination or private residence events.

Planning Investment

From the Total Wedding Investment listed above, what have you allocated solely for hiring an event planner and designer? Our rates are based on the level of service we offer, as well as the scale and scope of the event we are producing. We accept a limited number of wedding clients to serve each year.

Our current minimum rate for Full-Service Planning & Design for a Wedding Day is 40k. Are you comfortable with this investment level?

Decision Makers

If someone other than yourself is ultimately deciding whether or not to hire us (or is writing the check!) it's important we speak with them too, and that we are all on the same page.
